MyLittleSwans LLC ("MLS") provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of www.mylittleswans.com (this "Site"). This Privacy Policy applies only to information that you provide to us through this Site. Our Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, and we will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site and contacting you at the email address you provided when you registered for an account. Changes will be effective thirty days after we notify you of the change. Information we collect from you prior to a change of this Privacy Policy will be handled in accordance with the version of the policy in effect at the time such information was collected.

1. Information Collection: The Personally Identifiable Information We Collect

1.1 In the course of using this Site, you may provide us with personally identifiable information. This refers to information about you included in Submissions that can be used to contact or identify you, and information on your use of and activities at our Site that may be connected with you ("Personal Information"). Personal Information that we collect may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, credit card or other billing information, email address and home and business postal addresses. Personal Information may also include information you supply to us in the course of using our Site including your preferences, interests expressed, and other content submissions.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, and we are not in the business of selling Personal Information to others. We may, from time to time, share your Personal Information as described below. Whenever possible, such disclosures are made under terms at least as restrictive as this Privacy Policy.

3.1 MLS Users. We will display your Personal Information in your profile page and elsewhere on the Site according to the preferences you set in your account and activity you engage in on the Site. Any information and Submissions you choose to provide should reflect how much you want all other MLS users to know about you. We recommend that you guard your anonymity and sensitive information and we encourage members to carefully consider what information about themselves and their families they disclose in their profile pages and elsewhere on the Site. You can review and revise your profile information at any time while your account is active.

3.2 Affiliated Business We Do Not Control. We work with a variety of third-party travel service providers to provide you information about their offerings through the Site and Services. We share Personal Information with those providers in order to enhance their ability to provide you the highest level of service.

3.3 Service Providers, Business Partners and Others. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our service, to provide the service on our behalf, to perform Site-related services (including but not limited to maintenance services, database management, web analytics, improvement of the Site's features, and postal and e-mail services, and personal assistance) or to assist us in analyzing how our Site and service are used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only for purposes of performing these tasks on our behalf. We may also provide Personal Information to our business partners or other entities with whom we have cooperative relationships so that they can send you promotional and other information and engage in any of the activities described in Section 2 above.

3.4 Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. MLS cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of MLS or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, inappropriate or legally actionable.

3.5 Business Transfers. MLS may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.



4. Changing or Deleting Your Information

4.1 All registered users may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information provided in their registration or account profile by accessing their online user preferences page. Doing so may interfere with your ability to utilize the Site and Services fully. If you completely delete all such information, your account may become deactivated. To discourage users from engaging in fraudulent behavior, we may retain Personal Information for a reasonable period after it is changed or deleted. We may also retain previously supplied Personal Information in backup or archival copies, even though it is no longer available in active user databases.

4.2 To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you account access or making corrections to your information. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE SECRECY OF YOUR UNIQUE PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION AT ALL TIMES.



5. Our Commitment to Data Security

5.1 MLS is very concerned with safeguarding your information. We employ reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to MLS, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission of information, MLS makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

5.2 If MLS learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing. To receive a free written notice of a security breach you should notify us at privacypolicy@mylittleswans.com.



6. Our Commitment to Children's Privacy

6.1 MLS is particularly concerned with safeguarding the privacy of children. This Site is not directed to children under 18, and children under 18 are prohibited from using the Site under the Terms and Conditions. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at privacypolicy@mylittleswans.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files. IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, THEN YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS MLS AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER.
