MyLittleSwans LLC ("MLS") provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of (this "Site"). The security of your Personal Information is important to us, and we are not in the business of selling Personal Information to others. 3.1 MLS Users. We will display your Personal Information in your profile page and elsewhere on the Site according to the preferences you set in your account and activity you engage in on the Site. Any information and Submissions you choose to provide should reflect how much you want all other MLS users to know about you. We recommend that you guard your anonymity and sensitive information and we encourage members to carefully consider what information about themselves and their families they disclose in their profile pages and elsewhere on the Site. You can review and revise your profile information at any time while your account is active.

3.2 Affiliated Business We Do Not Control. We work with a variety of third-party travel service providers to provide you information about their offerings through the Site and Services. We share Personal Information with those providers in order to enhance their ability to provide you the highest level of service.

3.3 Service Providers, Business Partners and Others. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our service, to provide the service on our behalf, to perform Site-related services (including but not limited to maintenance services, database management, web analytics, improvement of the Site's features, and postal and e-mail services, and personal assistance) or to assist us in analyzing how our Site and service are used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only for purposes of performing these tasks on our behalf. 3.5 Business Transfers. MLS may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.

4. Changing or Deleting Your Information

4.1 All registered users may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information provided in their registration or account profile by accessing their online user preferences page. Doing so may interfere with your ability to utilize the Site and Services fully. If you completely delete all such information, your account may become deactivated. To discourage users from engaging in fraudulent behavior, we may retain Personal Information for a reasonable period after it is changed or deleted. We may also retain previously supplied Personal Information in backup or archival copies, even though it is no longer available in active user databases.

5.2 If MLS learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. 6.1 MLS is particularly concerned with safeguarding the privacy of children. This Site is not directed to children under 18, and children under 18 are prohibited from using the Site under the Terms and Conditions.
