Named for Teddy Roosevelt, this lodge and cabin facility reflects the rugged cowboy spirit that the president and nature lover was known for. While the accommodations are too rustic for some, the lodge’s ambiance is worth a stop, as is the food. Served family style, the menu includes ribs, elk burgers, fried chicken, and their famous Roosevelt Baked Beans. For the full Western experience, join their authentic chuck-wagon cookout dinner (call ahead to reserve first).
