There’s a reason the Grand Canyon is near the top of most people’s don’t-miss list – this 18-mile wide, mile-deep gorge must be seen to be believed. But it is by no means the only awe-inspiring site in the American Southwest. The "Grand Circle" of national parks and monuments in northern Arizona and southern Utah is one of the world's great concentrations of outstanding natural and cultural features. From the mysterious hoodoos of Bryce Canyon, to the iconic mesas of Monument Valley, to the towers and slot canyons of Zion, this territory abounds with scenic beauty and opportunities for recreation.

Each of these parks is a worthwhile destination in itself, but for a real adventure, rent an RV, hit the highway and explore them all. We've listed one-week and two-week itineraries - the routes cover a lot of ground, but with landscapes this spectacular, getting from one park to the other is part of the fun.
